Super Sherwood to the Rescue!

A bun in the oven certainly does put a little added pressure to timing on the house hunting process. Especially in winter when there isn’t much inventory to choose from and great homes are flying fast. Thankfully, my wonderful clients Michele and Matthew were able to keep calm and collected through it all. Seriously, I am so impressed with these two. They were flexible and cheerful every step of the way and I am so grateful to have been able to assist them on their home-buying journey.

They wanted to find a great home for their family out in the ‘burbs so they could have lots of room to grow, as well as making for an easy drive into town. After finding that the Tualatin and Beaverton price points were a bit high for the budget, they discovered Sherwood. A hidden gem of an area nestled amongst picturesque rolling fields and farmland. We scored a charming home for them that suits all their needs perfectly. Moral of the story: Sherwood kind of totally rules. Aaaaaand, it’s closer than you might realize if your work destination is anywhere near the Nike and LO destinations. Also, did I mention it’s close to wine country? So there’s that…
