It didn’t take long for these two no-nonsense buyers to find the perfect home. They started by looking at older homes and while they were all beautiful in their own right- it was the efficient modern marvel that brought them to sign, seal and deliver the winning offer.

It’s that time! Another happy as ever closing and we’re feeling so grateful to be able to help people with such an important process.

It took a couple of near misses for Loren and Megan before they finally landed their absolute perfect bungalow in Kenton. It was awesome working with these two, as they’ve been dear friends of mine for years.

This fall, John and Jack came to me with an exciting and attainable dream. They wanted a home with tall vaulted ceilings in the living room located west of 205, and were looking in the $300K range. Everyone likes a high ceiling, but this pair had something special in mind. John is an aerialist and wanted to be able to hang from the rafters. Brilliant!

EIGHT OFFERS IN AND LINDSEY GOT IT!

And on the first offer she wrote – not too bad for your first home considering it’s in inner SE just a couple blocks from the Division Foodie row! Lindsey has a demanding job in politics that takes her to Salem most days. With that long commute, walkability and location were high on her list, so we were thrilled to find this home in the Clinton-Division Arts Neighborhood, near so many restaurants and shops. It was a rental for years and definitely needs a touch up here and there, but Lindsey could see that with the right amount of sprucing and styling, it will be as fresh and cute as can be.

CONGRATULATIONS, LINDSEY! YOU DID IT!

First of all, let’s talk about this puppy. A blue-eyed bundle of Anatolian Pyrenees perfection!

And then there’s the house- even more perfection! It’s a totally dialed little Brentwood Darlington Ranch for well under $325k on a nicely landscaped large lot. And this little family couldn’t deserve it more. The odds were against them with multiple competing offers in but they prevailed with a little escalation clause and a lot of determination. It’s just down the street from their sister and a short walk to all the Woodstock happenings.

In conclusion, Brentwood Darlington is a great area to consider buying because A. You will be Lily’s neighbor and B. It’s very affordable and close to all the things! Boom.

OKAY, MAYBE NOT EXACTLY A MANSION BUT IT SURE DOES FEEL LIKE ONE!

These two were no-nonsense when it came to finding what they wanted. Plenty of space to expand, a party room, backyard pool potential, but most importantly- a place to put their amazing vintage camper, named the “The Funky Bitch”.

Hmmmm… I think that considering the political climate with LGBTQ+ and specifically Trans right to work without discrimination, I want folks to know that if they are in a place for homeownership it’s potential to build not just a monetary nest egg but space for sanctuary and dependable housing . The layout for privacy AND co-housing is what did it for me… and the shag.

OH and also the next-door neighbors that were instant BFFs.

You read right folks, $259k was the sale price for a lovely home in North Portland, Oregon USA. And it went to the sweetest couple on this side of the Columbia, Anne & Paul. They were no-nonsense when it came to pursuing this amazing score of a home. Nestled in the small community of Bridgeton, this little homie sits atop the Columbia Slough with an amazing view to the North.

Her little-dream-that-could quickly transformed into an awesome reality.

We went in metaphorical guns a-blazin’ on this sweet NoPo bungalow and even with multiple offers, Brooke managed to shine bright and land this darlin’ under contract! We were prepared for the long haul but stars aligned and it ended up being a one and done situation.

The house itself is a great Cape Cod in Portsmouth with 2 full bathrooms, which we scored for the sweet deal of $375k. She has big plans to update and make it her own, including opening up the kitchen up with a sliding door to a spankin’ new deck overlooking the backyard. It’s going to look so freakin good! Congrats Brooke!
